Most institutions are running a first admissions campaign within 5–10 business days of kickoff. There are no consultants in the loop — your team uses our setup wizard, imports your existing programs and candidate data, and starts. We sit alongside for the first cohort to make sure things go smoothly.
Most customers replace their existing admissions CRM (or admissions-shaped use of a generic CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce) with BrightStep. We integrate with your registrar / SIS — including EasyClass natively — so once a candidate is enrolled, their record flows downstream automatically.
WhatsApp is the default channel because it has 85–95% read rates in our customers' markets, but every BrightStep conversation can also flow over email, SMS, or voice. The candidate sees their preferred channel; your team sees one unified thread.
BrightStep is hosted in the European Union (OVHcloud, France). All candidate data, files, recordings, and analytics stay in the EU — same residency for backups. We are GDPR-aligned and CNDP-registered for Morocco. We sign DPAs and provide a full sub-processor list.
Yes — every program can have its own pipeline stages, application form, document requirements, scoring rubric, and reviewer assignments. The setup is no-code; your admissions team owns the configuration without an engineer.
BrightStep is priced per active seat (admissions team member) with a flat platform fee that includes WhatsApp Business, video interviews, and payment collection via Payzone (Morocco). Most institutions land between €420–€680 per seat per month. We invoice in EUR, MAD, or USD.
BrightStep is one of three products in the GEERD suite. When a candidate is marked enrolled in BrightStep, their record flows into EasyClass (class roster, student ID, timetable). When they graduate from EasyClass, their record flows into AlmaHub (alumni profile, pre-filled). You can buy any single product or the full suite.
