A small team that knows how an institution runs from the inside.
GEERD started in Casablanca from one simple observation: serious institutions were running critical flows in spreadsheets, email threads and generic software designed for something else. Eight years later, eleven institutions work on what we built with them.

Our story
The platforms came out of the work, not the other way round.
The outcome of those spreadsheets was predictable: slow adoption, fragmented flows, tools that do not survive their own launch.
We chose another route: rather than bending enterprise software to contexts it was never designed for, first understand how an institution actually works, then build and configure for it.
Today GEERD works with institutions across Morocco, from the diagnostic through to their teams standing on their own, and travels, in French as in English, to those who call us from elsewhere. Based in Casablanca; at your institution when it matters.

We measure what teams use, not what has been deployed. We stay until the usage is real.

The founders stay directly reachable by every partner institution.

Honest advice, realistic timelines. If something is not a fit, we say so.
Autonomy, not dependency.
Your teams are trained until they own the system. We do not keep the keys.

Co-founder & COO
Also trained at EMINES – UM6P and a Business Analyst at Groupe OCP before GEERD, he runs delivery: turning ambiguous needs into clear systems that actually reach production.
