Institutions · International schools and lycées
You choose your pupils. Your tools have to keep up with your families.
An international school or a large lycée that chooses its pupils handles more movement than people assume: admissions by year group, a re-enrolment that decides the year’s budget, families who expect an answer the same day, and a leadership team that needs to read the same thing from nursery to the final year. GEERD starts with a diagnostic, usually on the new academic year or on admissions.

What the leadership sees
Answers due before 15 June
The six pending files are ranked; the families on the waiting list are told the same day.
What is particular about you
Four realities a generic school system ignores.
Seats are counted by class, not by programme.
A waiting list, siblings to spot, arrivals mid-year: an admissions campaign that never stops, and a spreadsheet that loses the thread by the second follow-up.
Re-enrolment decides the following year.
How many families are coming back, who has paid, which classes to open: that figure has to be known in May, not discovered in September.
The person you deal with is the family.
They apply, they pay by term, and they ask their questions on WhatsApp. The answer has to come quickly, and be the same whichever colleague gives it.
Several cycles, one pupil file.
Primary, middle, secondary, sometimes two curricula: leadership wants the same figures everywhere, and a file that follows the pupil for fifteen years.
Where we start
Three solutions, in the order we would take them with you.
- 01Grow your admissionsAdmissions by year group, one application per family, WhatsApp replies with Enro, interviews booked by the parents themselves.→
- 02Prepare the new academic yearCohorts for the new academic year, fees by term, existing records updated from your own files, classes formed before the summer.→
- 03Run your institutionNumbers, attendance and collections by cycle, read by leadership.→
Who this is for
And who it is not for.
For schools of 300 pupils and more, with selective admissions, often several cycles or several campuses, and a leadership team that wants figures. Not for a school that fills its classes without a campaign: the diagnostic will tell you so at the first conversation.
Where we stand
Our first school deployments are in preparation.
“The work is the same one we have been doing for eight years in eleven institutions (admissions, the new academic year, payments, steering), in the language of a school: pupils, classes, year groups, families. BrightStep and EasyClass already speak it.”
