Each part is described by what it does for someone, not by its spec sheet. The six chapters follow the life of the network: the directory itself, how graduates arrive in it, what they say to one another there, events, fees and donations, and the console your team holds it all from.

The graduates you can actually reach.
Verified profiles
Cohort, degree and programme come from the school’s register and cannot be edited. The rest, the graduate keeps up to date: role, company, city.
Privacy
Each graduate chooses what they show (email, company, cohort) and whether they accept messages. Enforced on the server, not only on screen.

A directory that fills up by invitation.
Invitations
One by one, by Excel import of a whole cohort, or in batches from EasyClass’s graduates through the invitation API, with GEERD triggering the send for each graduating class. Valid for fourteen days, in French or English.
Claiming your card
The graduate receives their alumni card pre-filled and claims it in one gesture: email code, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn or Apple. No password.
Access requests
From your public site: “Did you study here?” The graduate states their cohort, your team checks and approves, and the invitation goes out.

The invitation
An invitation that looks like an alumni card.
A graduate does not sign up: they are recognised. They receive a link, find their card in the school’s name with their cohort and an AlmaHub identifier, read the first names of classmates already there, and claim their place in one gesture. Their academic details come from your register; they fill in the rest in five screens.
