Nothing is set for measurement before you have chosen. Until you answer the banner, the advertising and analytics tags are not loaded at all: that is not a setting, it is the order the code runs in. Two third-party scripts sit outside the banner, because they measure nothing and the page carrying them does not work without them, and this page says which, where and why: the anti-robot protection on forms, and the booking calendar.

What works without your consent.
Necessary for the site to work, or for the page that loads it. None of these are used to track you; the first four stay in your browser and are read only by this site, the last two are third-party scripts and each loads on two pages only.
Your cookie choice
Stored locally so the banner is not shown to you on every page. It stays there until you change it or clear your browsing data.
Your DigiPulse draft
Thirty questions are rarely answered in one sitting: your answers are kept locally so you can pick up where you left off. They only leave your browser when you ask for your report.
Your unfinished contact form
Kept for the length of the session so nothing is lost if a submission is refused or you navigate back.
Where your visit came from
Campaign parameters present in the address (utm_source and the rest) are kept for the session and attached to your request if you write to us, so we know where the contact came from.
Anti-robot protection on forms: Cloudflare Turnstile
Loaded on two pages only, Contact and DigiPulse, as soon as they open: a form without this check is a form for robots. The script is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which also hosts this site; it checks that a submission comes from a person, without advertising profiling, and may set a technical cookie tied to that check. Strictly necessary: it does not depend on the banner.
The booking calendar: Cal.com
Loaded on two pages only, Demo and Thank-you (after a demo request), as soon as they open: those pages exist to book a slot, and without the calendar there is nothing to do on them. The script is provided by Cal.com, Inc. (United States), which then receives your IP address and your browser’s technical details, and may set its own functional cookies. It is not used to follow you from page to page and does not depend on the banner; a note under the calendar says so. Every other page of the site loads nothing from Cal.com.
With your agreement
What is loaded only after your choice in the banner.
Two categories, independent of one another. You can accept one and refuse the other. Until one is accepted, the tag manager itself is not loaded.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager (Google LLC, United States): which pages are read, for how long, along which path. What we take from it is aggregate: we are not trying to work out who you are. Cookies kept for thirteen months at most.
Marketing
The Meta pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc., United States) and the LinkedIn Insight tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, processing in the United States), which measure how our campaigns perform. If you refuse this category they are never loaded and no advertising event is sent, from your browser or from our servers. Cookies kept for thirteen months at most, shorter where the provider expires them sooner.
Traceability
We keep a record of your choice, not of you.
Every decision made in the banner is recorded on our side with its date, the version of the notice, the page it was made on, the country and a truncated IP address. That is what lets us demonstrate to the CNDP that consent was actually collected. That log lives in our technical logs, kept for at most twelve months.
That log contains neither your name nor your email address.
