Solution · Alumni
The student journey does not stop at graduation. Neither does your data.
Your graduates are your best admissions argument, your recruiting network and your future mentors. Today they live in a 2019 spreadsheet and a LinkedIn group. GEERD starts with a diagnostic of your relationship with your graduates, then sets up with your team a network alumni keep up to date themselves.

The situation
You have graduated thousands. You can reach a few dozen.
A twenty-year-old school has graduated thousands; it may have fifty of them in a file that still works. The rest changed address, city and job without anyone having a reason to write it down. The four questions below are the ones that run into that gap, year after year.
“Do we have contacts for the 2019 alumni?”
A spreadsheet, and student addresses that no longer answer.
“An alum with ten years in finance for the panel?”
We ask around.
“Where do our graduates work?”
Accreditation asks for it. The 2019 addresses no longer answer.
“How many came to the gala?”
A spreadsheet, some transfers, tickets on the door.
It is not a problem of attachment: your graduates love their school. It is that the relationship has nowhere to live. Contact details die with the student address. And LinkedIn cannot take a membership fee, register anyone for your general assembly, or keep an alum’s job offer findable six months later.
How we work
We start by counting the ones you can actually reach.
No platform before there is a network. Three phases.
01
Diagnostic
FreeOne session with leadership and whoever looks after alumni, even part time. We measure the reachable base, list what the institution expects from the network (admissions, internships, panels, donations, events) and look at whether the timing is right: below three graduated cohorts, we will say so.
- GEERD
- Runs the session, writes the report: reachable base, objectives, a launch calendar or a recommendation to wait.
- YOU
- Half a day. The director and the alumni lead in the room.
02
Set-up
We import your cohorts, configure AlmaHub in your colours with your public site, and define the joining path: the graduate introduces themselves, states their cohort, your team approves. Recent graduates are invited in batches from EasyClass, with GEERD triggering the send for each graduating class.
- GEERD
- Configures, imports, prepares the launch campaign with you.
- YOU
- Approves the cohorts and the editorial line. Half a day of training.
03
Launch, accompanied
GEERD stays present for the first three months: an invitation campaign per cohort, the first event, the first job offers, reading the activation figures with leadership. After that, the team runs it.
- GEERD
- A session every two weeks, one named contact.
- YOU
- Posts, invites, replies. Thirty minutes a week is enough at the start.
What changes
A network your graduates keep up to date themselves.
A directory kept by the school ages as fast as its graduates change jobs, which is fast. This one corrects itself, because the graduate has a reason to come back to it: a job offer, an event, someone to reach. The three changes below all follow from that.
The directory fills and corrects itself.
Cohort, city, employer, sector: each graduate updates their profile because they have a reason to. The directory stops being a file rebuilt every five years and becomes a current picture.
The network works for the school.
Job offers posted by alumni, graduates open to mentoring reachable in one message, panellists and testimonials found in one search. What used to come from asking around no longer depends on who knows whom.
Events and membership fees go through the same place.
Ticketing, membership, receipts and check-in tied to the profile. No more spreadsheet of who paid, and on the night, the door list is the list of tickets sold.

Where AlmaHub stands
“HEC Rabat, which already runs its admissions and academic administration with GEERD, has chosen AlmaHub for its graduates. We are not publishing results yet: the platform is just starting, and we would rather wait for real figures than sell you a promise.”

With what
AlmaHub does the daily work.
AlmaHub is GEERD’s alumni platform: a verified directory, a news feed, job offers, events with ticketing, membership fees, donations and a public site, on mobile for graduates, on the web for your team. The invitation goes out in batches from EasyClass’s graduates, for each graduating class, triggered by GEERD. Configured and launched with GEERD, never delivered on its own.
Who this is for
Institutions whose graduates are already an argument.
From three graduated cohorts onwards. Below that, we will tell you to wait.
- Business schools →
A network applicants look at before choosing, and that accreditation wants documented.
- Engineering schools →
Graduates scattered across sectors and countries, to be found by skill.
- Executive Education →
Short cohorts whose value is precisely the network they create.
- Universities →
Tens of thousands of graduates whose employment outcomes must be tracked and published.
Let’s talk about your graduates. Even if all you have is a spreadsheet.
A free diagnostic: half a day, a written report, and an honest answer on the right moment to launch.
