Institutions · Vocational training · With the FMEP

You know the returns the ministry expects. So do we.

A vocational training institute does not run one intake but several sessions, with trainees arriving continuously, accredited programmes, and a series of documents that the teaching board and the supervising ministry expect in a precise form. With the Fédération Marocaine de l’Enseignement Professionnel Privé and its members, we wrote the list of what an institute has to produce, and EasyClass produces it.

What the leadership sees

The returns the ministry expects are generated from the attendance and marks already entered: nothing is retyped the night before.

With the FMEP

An offer built with the federation.

With the FMEP, we settled the ten priorities of an institute: printing administrative documents, exporting the summary tables, timetables, trainee invoices, absences, classes, class sessions and marks, the summary document, reports, access for teachers and assistants, access for trainees. EasyClass covers all ten. Setting up is done programme by programme (study plan, report and certificate to your own standards, summary tables), once, then reused at every intake.

IGMA School, the pilot school for the offer; Isoptic and ESFPP work on it today.

What is particular about you

Four realities a generic management system ignores.

  • Official documents are what you produce.

Accredited certificates, reports, record books, summary tables by programme (continuous assessment, practical, theory) and the teaching board’s summary document: redone by hand at the end of every cycle, in the exact form the ministry expects.

  • One attendance error can compromise a file.

Attendance returns are checked by the ministry. Excel does not warn you; an absence threshold set by the institute does.

  • Depending on outsiders costs you, and blocks you.

When data entry or the reports depend on someone outside the institute, their absence stops it. Your data has to stay with you.

  • Trainee fees are tracked somewhere else.

A separate application, with no link between what the trainee owes, what they have paid and their file.

Who this is for

And who it is not for.

For institutes that belong to the FMEP or are of comparable size: several accredited programmes, several sessions a year, a management team answerable to the ministry. A school with one programme and twenty trainees does not need this; we will tell you so at the first conversation.

In the field

ESFPP measured 40% of its team’s administrative time recovered.

“Adopting EasyClass has transformed my working day. The school has recovered 40% of its team’s administrative time, with no blocking incident since deployment.”
