Case study · ESFPP · Paramedical training

How a paramedical school recovered 40% of its team’s administrative time.

The École Supérieure de Formation Paramédicale et Professionnelle trains 330 trainees across 5 programmes. Its administration ran on Excel and Word; its official documents took weeks and depended on people outside the school.

Where it started

Three problems that came back again and again: time, error, dependence.

  • Endless at the close of every cycle

Summary tables for every training stream took weeks; each change set off a cascade of manual corrections.

  • Attendance at risk

Tracked in Excel, with no central system. An error could go unnoticed and compromise a file submitted to the supervising ministry.

  • Control of the data lost

Some tasks depended on people outside the school; when they were unavailable, everything stopped. Costly, risky, and outside the institution’s real control.

  • Leadership flying blind

Putting together a complete picture meant compiling scattered files.

  • Fees kept apart

Tracked in a separate application, with no link between what a trainee owes, what they have paid and their file.

What we did

Three steps, on the school’s own streams and templates.

  1. 01

    Diagnostic

A diagnostic of how documents and attendance actually move: who enters, who checks, who signs, and where the work starts over.

  2. 02

    EasyClass configured for the school

EasyClass configured on the 5 training streams and on the school’s own approved templates: documents come out in the form the supervising ministry expects, not in a standard one.

  3. 03

    The first cycle supported

The first cycle supported end to end, from the marks being entered to the documents being produced.

What changed

Four changes the team sees every week.

  • Documents in seconds

Reports, approved certificates, individual trainee booklets and summary tables generated straight from the marks entered.

  • Attendance in one place

Entered and consolidated in EasyClass; a view by trainee and by training stream, at any time.

  • The data back in hand

One platform, no more dependence on third parties, no more scattered files.

  • Support that answers

No blocking incident since deployment; questions handled within the agreed times.

  • “Time lost, the risk of errors, and dependence on outside people. Those were the three problems that kept coming back.”

    Kamal Adam

    Director, ESFPP

  • “Since we started using EasyClass, we have saved a great deal of time on generating reports and summary tables.”

  • “Adopting EasyClass has transformed my working day. The school has recovered 40% of its team’s administrative time, with no blocking incident since deployment.”

What comes next

The rest, at the school’s pace.

Centralised timetables, online courses, tests and examinations, the finance module: brought in according to the school’s own priorities, at its own pace.

Your documents take weeks? Let’s talk about it.

A free diagnostic: half a day with the leadership team and the person who holds the administration, a written report, no commitment.
